Unlike traditional brokers, we are a one stop shop to handle every phase of the selling process: in-house service department to take care of any issues that you would like to fix before you sell, in-house finance department to keep buyers in direct communication with us and help close deals, and an in-house documentation department to handle all registration and titling paperwork. With five brokers, we cover the Lowcounty, Coastal, and Pee Dee regions from Bluffton to Little River.
